The Supreme Court will issue an order based on the Orissa High Court judgment in the case of Rohit Anand Das versus State Of Odisha, requiring the APAAR consent form to include an opt-out/refusal option. This directive is to be implemented nationwide for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

The CBSE has declared the results for the Class 10 Second Board Exams. Students can access their results via the DigiLocker Results Portal at results.digilocker.gov.in.
