APAAR Scheme: Supreme Court assures parents it will pass order requiring CBSE to provide opt-out, refusal option

The Supreme Court will issue an order based on the Orissa High Court judgment in the case of Rohit Anand Das versus State Of Odisha, requiring the APAAR consent form to include an opt-out/refusal option. This directive is to be implemented nationwide for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
