Pasadena Apartment Owners Under City Retrofit Orders Can Now Apply for State Earthquake Grants
Owners of older Pasadena apartment buildings facing mandatory seismic retrofitting can now apply for state grants up to $49,600. The funding is provided through the Earthquake Multi-Unit Retrofit (EMR) program. This assistance is administered by the California Residential Mitigation Program (CRMP).
