Fire-Damaged Standing Homes Could Get Pasadena Permit Fee Waivers Under Proposal Headed To City Council

Pasadena homeowners with fire-damaged but standing homes contaminated by smoke, ash, or water from the Eaton Fire may receive city permit fee waivers for repairs under a proposal advancing to the City Council. The Economic Development and Technology Committee will consider the measure on June 16, following a recommendation from Acting Planning and Community Development Director Jason Mikaelian to extend existing fire-related relief.
