August City Workshop Explores Base Rent, Rent Rollbacks and Annual Increases

Pasadena's Fair and Equitable Housing Charter Amendment defines Base Rent as the rent in effect on May 17, 2021, or the initial rent for tenancies starting after that date. The city's Rent Stabilization Department is hosting a free community workshop to explain these requirements, including rent rollbacks and annual increases.
