Draft Planning List Outlines Rental Board’s Fall Agenda

The Pasadena Rental Housing Board has released a draft planning list detailing its fall agenda. Scheduled items include a study session on small landlord definitions for Sept. 3, along with information on tenant buyout regulations and a quarterly report from the Board and the Rent Stabilization Department. The list also includes an update on Measure A rental assistance funds and a legal services program scheduled for Sept. 17.
