Pasadena Board Weighs Daily Payments, Written Notice for Tenants Displaced by Repairs

Pasadena's Rental Housing Board is considering proposals to provide daily payments and written notices to tenants displaced by repairs. The Rent Stabilization Department recommended standardized notices and per diem payments for tenants temporarily displaced when repairs make units uninhabitable and landlords cannot offer alternative housing.
