Tornado that carved a path of destruction in Wisconsin stayed on the ground for more than 20 minutes

A powerful EF3 tornado devastated northeastern Wisconsin communities, including Appleton, Menasha, and Neenah, causing widespread destruction with homes leveled, vehicles flipped, and power lines toppled. The tornado, which stayed on the ground for over 20 minutes and traveled a 12-mile path, resulted in injuries but no reported deaths. Gov. Tony Evers declared a state of emergency, and over 14,000 residents remained without power.
