Wisconsin tornado causes extensive damage and cuts power to thousands

A tornado struck northeastern Wisconsin, causing severe damage in Menasha and Appleton, flipping vehicles, ripping roofs off homes, and cutting power to over 30,000 people. The National Weather Service confirmed the tornado in Winnebago County, about 90 miles northwest of Milwaukee.
