Tornado that carved a path of destruction in Wisconsin stayed on the ground for more than 20 minutes

A tornado in northeastern Wisconsin caused extensive damage, including uprooted homes, flipped vehicles, and power outages, but no deaths or missing persons were reported. The EF3 tornado, with winds up to 165 mph, traveled over 12 miles, leaving over 15,000 without power and prompting shelters and a boil water advisory.
