Tornado that carved a path of destruction in Wisconsin stayed on the ground for more than 20 minutes

A tornado in northeastern Wisconsin caused widespread destruction, uprooting homes, flipping vehicles, and leaving over 15,000 residents without power. Preliminary data classifies it as an EF3 tornado with winds up to 165 mph, though no deaths or missing persons have been reported.
