Milligan University cyclists struck by car in Tennessee

A vehicle struck a group of Milligan University cyclists during a training ride on State Route 37 in Hampton, Tennessee, killing two sophomores and injuring seven others. A 69-year-old man from North Carolina named John Benfield was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
