North Carolina man allegedly killed 2 students, hurt 7 after crashing into college cycling team

A North Carolina man, John Benfield, was arrested after crashing into a college cycling team on August 19 in east Tennessee. The crash occurred near Carter County and resulted in the deaths of two students, Haylan Engdahl and Brayden Rogers, and injured seven others.
