OpenAI settles DOJ worker discrimination case
OpenAI and its subsidiary Statsig agreed to pay $3.2 million to settle Department of Justice allegations that they discriminated against U.S. workers by favoring temporary visa holders during hiring. The settlement requires OpenAI to implement new hiring practices including public job postings and electronic application acceptance.
