OpenAI pays $3.2m to settle claims it discriminated against US workers
OpenAI and its subsidiary Statsig will pay $3.2 million to settle U.S. government claims that they favored foreign workers with temporary visas and discriminated against U.S. job applicants in hiring practices. The U.S. Justice Department alleged the companies discouraged U.S. workers from applying to open positions.
