Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person

Brendan Tyrell Wilson, a Highland Park man, was sentenced to 14-25 years in prison for a 2024 home invasion in Center Line involving an AK-style weapon, a police car crash, and gunfire at an officer. He pleaded no contest to charges including assault with intent to murder and possession of a prohibited firearm.

A federal jury convicted a Baltimore man of drug trafficking and firearm crimes. Wayne Lee, 36, was found guilty of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
