Nazir Binhuguley, 24, of Buffalo, NY, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison and a maximum of life. The case was announced by U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo and handled before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
