Butler, added as an authorized signer on the account, admitted to withdrawing the funds weekly and did not repay the stolen money.

A Miami caregiver, Charlotte Regina Butler, is accused of stealing $24,000 from an elderly woman by making frequent casino withdrawals and living in the victim’s home without paying rent or expenses.
