A Lyft driver in New York, Larry Keech, unknowingly transported Ayub Guled, a man wanted for murder in Florida. A state trooper, Connor Sutton, pulled Keech over for speeding, discovered drugs and weapons in Guled's luggage, leading to his arrest and eventual life sentence. Keech believes the traffic stop saved his life.

A Miami caregiver, Charlotte Regina Butler, is accused of stealing $24,000 from an elderly woman by making frequent casino withdrawals and living in the victim’s home without paying rent or expenses. She was arrested by Miami-Dade Police and charged with second-degree exploitation of an elderly adult.

Raeyana Hamilton, 25, was charged with a felony after police alleged she fired a Taser at a driver in Allapattah. The victim reported being shocked in the neck but maintained control of the vehicle before confronting Hamilton and finding the Taser on the ground. Hamilton denied using the Taser and was booked into a Miami-Dade correctional facility with a $1,000 bond.

Two men, Ahmed Mohamed and Serguey Artigas, were accused of physically assaulting a 17-year-old during a parking dispute at a Tesla Supercharger station in Aventura on Sunday. Mohamed allegedly pushed the teen, while Artigas reportedly backed his vehicle into the teen's leg. Both were arrested and charged with child abuse, with Artigas facing an additional felony for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Three men were arrested in Pinecrest for a series of smash-and-grab vehicle burglaries. Police found automotive window punch tools, gloves, and ski masks in their gray Honda Accord, which had been linked to multiple burglaries via license plate reader data. The suspects provided conflicting explanations for their presence in the area.
