A 19-year-old Brooklyn Center man is charged with attempted first-degree criminal sexual conduct and first-degree burglary after allegedly entering a south Minneapolis home, attacking a woman with a Taser, and attempting to rape her. The suspect admitted to using the Taser on the victim and was arrested at the scene, where two women identified him as the assailant.

A Minneapolis man was jailed after allegedly stabbing a woman on Pillsbury Avenue following a verbal argument. The 49-year-old was charged with second-degree domestic assault after the incident left the woman with non-life-threatening injuries.
