Vance Boelter making 1st appearance in state court following federal sentencing

Vance Boelter is making his first appearance in state court after pleading guilty to federal charges involving multiple murders and attempted shootings. He was sentenced to two life sentences and 40 years in federal prison for the killings of Melissa and Mark Hortman and the shootings of John, Yvette, and Hope Hoffman, among other charges.
