Beita

Two Palestinian youths were injured in an Israeli settler attack in Beita, south of Nablus, West Bank. Settlers cut electricity poles, caused outages, and obstructed an ambulance while assaulting its crew. Israeli forces issued demolition notices near Hebron to expand settlements, following a $434m budget approval for 34 new settlements.

Israeli settlers uprooted and damaged dozens of olive trees in Beita, south of Nablus. Al Jazeera reported that 500 olive trees were bulldozed near Jenin in the occupied West Bank. Over 120,000 olive trees have been damaged, uprooted, or poisoned in the West Bank since 2020.

Mujahid Bani Mufleh, a Palestinian journalist detained in Israel for six months without charge, suffered physical and psychological abuse that left him severely weakened. After his release, he was hospitalized with a brain haemorrhage and stroke, which he attributes to the mistreatment during detention.

Israeli settlers vandalized a Palestinian home in the al-Hara’iq area south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank. A young Palestinian man was assaulted by Israeli forces in Bir Qouza, and settlers destroyed olive trees in Kisan east of Bethlehem.

Israeli forces raided a children's toy store in Jenin and fired tear gas in the marketplace, while also storming Al-Mughayyir near Ramallah during Friday prayers. Israeli settlers attacked a house and vehicles in Kafr Haris and vandalized an electricity pole in Beita near Nablus.

Israeli military operations were reported in multiple West Bank towns, including Bethlehem, Tuqu, Immatain, Jit, Beita, and near Ramallah. Operations involved troop deployments, tear gas, sound bombs, and clashes with residents, while settlers erected barriers restricting Palestinian movement.
