Man accused of shooting and injuring man, holding woman and her son hostage in Macomb County

A Detroit man named Robert Terrance Phillips-Brown was charged with multiple felony charges, including assault and unlawful imprisonment, after he allegedly shot a woman's leg and then held her and her son hostage at their home in Eastpointe. Officers were able to evacuate the mother and son before arresting Phillips-Brown.
