The City Council Could Expand Eaton Fire Fee Waivers to Damaged Standing Homes
Pasadena could expand its Eaton Fire permit fee waiver program to cover standing homes damaged by smoke, soot, ash, or water. The City Council will consider waiving city plan check and permit fees for qualifying owner-occupied homes in mandatory evacuation or warning areas. This expansion is estimated to cost $100,000 and would be funded by the city’s Building Fund.
