Milford horse owner denies neglect allegations after 38 horses seized
Oakland County Animal Control seized 38 horses from the High Vibe Trail Rides and the owner's home in Milford after receiving complaints of neglect. The horse's owner, Lucie Ptazsnik, and her boyfriend, Jason Roberts, denied the allegations, claiming animal control made a mistake and the accusations were part of a personal vendetta. Animal control supervisor Patrick Fanning stated that the seizure was based on observations during their field evaluation, following an investigation started weeks prior.
