‘Literally skin and bones’: 2 charged after dozens of ‘badly neglected’ animals seized from Hickman County property

Dozens of neglected animals, including emaciated dogs and goats, were seized from a Hickman County property. Two individuals, Hayle Koscielak and Angie Koscielak, were charged with 13 counts of animal cruelty and 8 counts of aggravated animal cruelty. A Freedom Journey, a local animal rescue, is caring for some of the rescued animals.
