Man accused of killing girlfriend in Mooresville I-77 shooting dies

The man accused of a murder-suicide involving Justice Wells has died, police reported. The incident occurred on Interstate 77 near the Brawley School Road exit in Mooresville on July 26. According to the Mooresville Police Department, J’Kobe Ramseur shot Justice Wells and then shot himself; both individuals subsequently died days later.
