Man accused of killing 19-year-old girlfriend after texting her about murder-suicide pact
A 23-year-old man, J’Kobe Tre’shon Ramseur, is accused of shooting his 19-year-old girlfriend in the head inside her car on a North Carolina interstate, which authorities believe was part of a murder-suicide pact. Both were found with gunshot wounds after a vehicle crash, and Ramseur was later charged with first-degree murder.
