Man accused of attempted murder-suicide on I-77 in Mooresville has died: Police

A 23-year-old man, Ramseur, was accused of shooting and killing his 19-year-old girlfriend in a murder-suicide incident on I-77 in Mooresville. The man has since died, according to police.
