Some portable bed rails fail safety tests, Consumer Reports finds

Consumer Reports found that some portable bed rails fail safety tests, posing risks of injury, suffocation, and death. Testing revealed four out of 10 adult models and one children's model failed. The Consumer Product Safety Commission notes many unsafe products are made overseas, primarily in China.
