Russian ‘Rassvet’ Satellites Secure Two Daily Comms Windows Over Ukraine
The first batch of 16 Russian 'Rassvet' satellites, launched in March 2026, provides two daily communication windows over Ukraine, enabling potential control of Russian naval drones and UAVs. A second batch of 16 satellites, launched in July 2026, is expected to increase these windows by October or November.
