Ukraine Plans $1.1 Billion Satellite Constellation to Reduce Reliance on Starlink

Ukraine's Stetman is developing a $1.1 billion 360-satellite constellation by 2030 through joint venture UASAT with GomSpace to reduce reliance on foreign services like Starlink. The network, designed for state and military use with electronic warfare resilience, will launch its first 120 satellites in 2027 via SpaceX.
