Russia Adds More Rassvet Satellites, Attempting to Build Its Own ‘Starlink’

Russia has launched a second batch of Rassvet satellites, increasing its Starlink-like constellation to about 40 orbiters. Analysts indicate the network is not yet militarily ready, requiring several hundred satellites for reliable battlespace C3.
