Sisters accused of stealing more than $75,000 in cosmetics from Ulta stores in 3-day theft spree

Two sisters, Ivonne Buitrago-Cabrera and Yoraima Buitrago-Cabrera, are accused of stealing over $75,000 in cosmetics from 13 Ulta Beauty stores in Arizona over three days in July. Prosecutors allege they committed organized retail theft totaling $155,000 across Arizona and California, with additional thefts at Lacoste, Adidas, Puma, and Crocs stores. Both face nine counts of organized retail theft, a class 4 felony punishable by up to four years in prison.
