2 arrested for costly retail thefts across Southern California

Geradin Gonzalez Morales and Johana Catalina Vargas Rodriguez were arrested for a series of costly retail thefts across Southern California. The investigation began on June 17 when deputies responded to a burglary at a business in Thermal Station.
