TSA shares passengers’ personal information with immigration enforcement, documents show
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has been sharing passengers' personal information with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through a formal data-sharing agreement since May 2025, according to documents obtained by American Oversight. The agreement contradicts prior TSA official testimony denying data collection for immigration enforcement and has raised concerns about privacy and civil liberties.
