TSA shares passengers’ personal information with immigration enforcement, documents show

The Transportation Security Administration has formally shared passengers' personal information with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement since May 2025, contradicting a TSA official's congressional testimony denying such data collection for immigration enforcement.
