State lawmaker discovers he’s bound by an NDA he doesn’t remember signing
State Sen. Bob Hensgens discovered he had signed a broad NDA with Louisiana Economic Development (LED) in September, despite publicly refusing a separate project-specific NDA related to a rumored aerospace project in Vermilion Parish. LED rescinded the general NDA upon Hensgens' request but noted it would still apply for one year to any previously shared confidential information.
