Sen. Bob Hensgens said he didn’t sign an NDA. He was wrong.

State Sen. Bob Hensgens claimed he did not sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) related to a potential aerospace project in Vermilion Parish, but he was already under a general NDA with Louisiana Economic Development (LED) that he signed electronically in September.
