More than 100 Louisiana state employees, including senior aides and agency heads, signed NDAs with Gov. Jeff Landry’s office, restricting disclosure of work-related information. The agreements, which could lead to legal action for breaches, were obtained via records requests and include individuals like Kyle Ruckert and Angelique Freel. A separate NDA with Meta’s data center subsidiary Laidley LLC was also signed by Landry.
