[US] Received strange email about a "voicemail" from a number I do not know, nor have I gotten it on my actual phone.

A person received a suspicious email claiming a voicemail from an Iowa number they do not recognize, dated July 22nd, 2026. The email, sent from 'Notification Central - *******<****@lovlipon.se>', includes an unopened attachment and is suspected to be a phishing scam.
