Minnesota man who jumped off balcony to flee cops pleads guilty in $3M Medicaid scam

Muhammad Abdulqadir Omar of Roseville and Ibrahim Bashir Abdi of Minneapolis pled guilty to submitting fake Medicaid claims through their home health care companies, stealing over $3 million in tax dollars. The case is part of a larger Justice Department investigation into a $90 million fraud scheme involving 15 defendants.
