Minnesota fraud suspect who jumped from building is arrested, FBI says
Minnesota fraud suspect Muhammad Omar was arrested within 2 hours after fleeing and jumping from a fourth-story balcony during an FBI raid. Omar and co-defendant Ibrahim Bashir Abdi were charged with submitting $3.3 million in fraudulent claims to Minnesota's Housing Stabilization Services program through their companies North Home Health Care LLC and South Home Health Care LLC.
