A 19-year-old was manipulated into a private video call by someone pretending to be romantically interested. The person secretly recorded the call and demanded $150 in Bitcoin, threatening to share the video with the victim's Facebook contacts. The victim has not paid and is seeking advice after using StopNCII and filing an IC3 report.
