Customer refuses to return to south Charlotte Crumbl Cookies after hair dye video

A Crumbl Cookies employee was videoed dyeing another employee’s hair near a food preparation area at the South Kings Drive location, prompting the company to close the store, discard dough, and clean the premises. Regular customer William Baker, who recorded the incident, expressed concerns about food safety and stated he will not return to the store.
