Police: Hit-and-run suspect arrested after hitting man in wheelchair

A hit-and-run suspect, Jermaine Latimore Davie, was arrested in Chester after striking an elderly man in a wheelchair. The victim was hospitalized, and Davie is detained at Chester County Detention Center with no bond. Police used witness accounts and vehicle damage to identify him.
