Elderly man in wheelchair hit by truck in Chester County, police say

An elderly man in a wheelchair was struck by a pickup truck in Chester County on July 17. The truck fled the scene, but police identified the vehicle as a white Dodge Ram through surveillance and found it parked nearby with matching damage. The driver, Jermaine Latimore Davie, was arrested for hit and run after providing inconsistent statements.
