Judge blasts Trump for using the presidency to ‘manipulate’ courts in IRS case
A federal judge ruled President Donald Trump acted in bad faith by dropping a $10 billion IRS lawsuit and directing a $1.776 billion 'anti-weaponization' fund. The judge prohibited Trump, his sons, and the Trump Organization from citing the settlement in future proceedings and barred two of their attorneys from the Southern District of Florida for at least one year.
