Judge blasts Trump for using the presidency to ‘manipulate’ courts in IRS case

A federal judge ruled that President Donald Trump acted in bad faith by dropping a $10 billion IRS tax return lawsuit and directing a $1.8 billion 'anti-weaponization' fund, accusing him of using the presidency to manipulate courts. The judge prohibited Trump, his sons, and the Trump Organization from citing the settlement in future proceedings and barred their attorneys from applying to the Southern District of Florida for at least one year.
