Judge blasts Trump for using the presidency to ‘manipulate’ courts in IRS lawsuit
Federal Judge Kathleen Williams ruled President Donald Trump and his associates acted in bad faith by dropping a $10 billion IRS lawsuit and creating a $1.776 billion 'anti-weaponization' fund, which the judge accused them of using to manipulate judicial processes for personal and familial benefits. The court prohibited Trump, his sons, and the Trump Organization from citing the settlement in future proceedings and barred their attorneys from applying to the Southern District of Florida for at least one year.
